"Staff were exceptional. Food menus catered to varied needs; servers even remembered my lactose free requirements, and altered my menus accordingly. Grounds and beach were impeccable, pool was always crystal clear. Free entertainment most evenings, we had acrobats and a story teller one evening. Security made us feel taken care of. The spa offered a full menus of services. "

"We arrived on time for check in yet they made us wait an extra 2 hours before handing over the room keys. We booked a room for 3 and only got 2 blankets to sleep with. The elevator was slow and skipped floors randomly, other guests were also complaining. On top of that they were doing renovations so the stairwell was occupied by workers and tiles all over the place making it dangerous to take the stairs when the elevator was not functioning correctly.
