"We had an absolutely amazing stay at the hotel. The receptionist, the management and all the staff were excellent and provided us with a very good service. "We were here for a family trip for 5 days- with our 4yr old and parents and we had an absolute blast. The resort is one of the most family friendly places I’ve been to, and every member of the family thoroughly enjoyed. "I loved it here. Efficient friendly staff in all areas... the pool guys, the room service, Lovelita and Richa welcoming faces in Reception. I extended my trip twice and have nice memories. "My mother and I had a wonderful stay at Alila! Not only was the hotel beautiful, the staff were amazing and really made the experience for us. "Alagoa is a lovely resort. Family friendly and also relaxing for a solo trip. For India this resort has good cleanliness & I would certainly recommend. It’s a 5 minute walk from the beach which is a beautiful spot to relax in. Down side is the taxis are expensive and will do all they can to rip you off. Be prepared for a haggle war! Everything else is wonderful! "

"Amazing stay for a week. We were treated like family by the entire staff and everything from food to amenities were top notch. A special thanks to the entire staff in the restaurant to the reception to the gym/pool/spa for making our stay outstanding and memorable.
