"Awesome residence! Well-equipped kitchen, spacious rooms and living room. The interior is very clean and luxurious. The apartment comes with a balcony. Beds are comfortable. One of the rooms also come with a private onsen. The whole apartment has heated floors which is perfect for the cold weather is Niseko! Less than 5 minutes drive to the Annupuri Gondola Station. "A bit outside of the center of Grand Hirafu village but easily walkable. You have to go uphill a bit to get to the resort. The property itself is beautiful. Ideal for 6 or 7 guests (3 couples). Full kitchen but without salt/oil/spices so brine no your own if you plan to cook. Tsubara Tsubara right next door if you want amazing Japanese curry. Staff drive us back to the Chitose bus pickup on checkout. Would stay again if traveling with a small group. "

"Ideal base for skiing in Grand Hirafu, with ski in/ski out access to the Ace Family Lift and location is walkable to a good variety of food, shopping and ski hire options, as well as the King Gondola and Hirafu Welcome Centre. Staff were friendly and helpful, and buffet breakfast hit the spot each morning. Onsen was lovely after a day on the slopes too! We loved the view from our room, watching people ski down the Family Run. Would stay again and highly recommend. "

"Great budget option for skiing Niseko. Convenient shuttle options to the slopes and a 7-11 store across the street. Worked well for our family of four adults to share a quadruple with 2 bunk beds. Shared and very clean bathrooms were available. Also enjoyed the free breakfast. Highly recommend!"

"We stayed for six nights in a Club Superior Room with our child and were lucky to have a room facing Mount Yotei. The view was absolutely stunning, especially on sunny days. The staff were friendly and helpful. They even provided ice packs when we needed them after getting sore from skiing, which was a thoughtful touch.
