"The plug in the bathroom sink did not work, and it was stuck in the down position so we were unable to use the sink. Some of the towels in the bathroom were ragged, and the duvet cover had a fairly large stain with what looked like black ink. The staff were as helpful as they were able to be considering we discovered the problem with the sink around 11pm. There was no maintenance staff to fix it at that time, and they offered to allow us to move, but due to the late hour, we declined. They stated that they would discuss a discount with the manager who would be back in the morning. When we went to check out the next morning, the manager was not on premises at 930 am, and the morning clerk could only authorize a small discount on the room. They were helpful, but having a manager present would have been much better. I expected much more from a Radisson Hotel"
