"The breakfast menu offered a nice variety of options. The room was clean and offered a very nice view overlooking plaza and the city. The members of the staff (Angel, Ayme, Elisa, Miguel, Natalia, Nicolas, and Genesis) were all extremely personable, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. "Super nice. Quiet. We stayed two nights. Wanted an additional night, but if was fully booked. I’m not a pool person, but spending some time at the pool side with a book and my girlfriend as the only company was nice. Yet, the pool is small and the area simple. No luxury, other the Mountain View and the quiet. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Kitchen ok. Not top notch. This hotel was still way better than many four and even five stars hotels I’ve stayed at. "
