"Room was very dirty. Soon as we got there, we went to the pool. About 8 of the 10 towels I grabbed had stains in them. The room had hair trimming all over the bathroom counter, stains all over the bedding and curtains, and you could tell someone threw liquid on the one wall. We had two kids and drove 5 hrs, by the time we saw how gross the room was, it was too hard to move. I tried calling the front desk but no one answered and when I went down, no one was there. I would not stay here or recommend to is to anyone. "

"The room itself was clean, but could use updating. I am a handicap person and the bathroom set up was hard to maneuver even in an accessible room. Breakfast was cold and not edible, but it was free. The location is great and I would recommend if you just need somewhere to sleep."

"I stayed here while in transition to move... Day 1... After coming in late from work, I found that my room wasn't cleaned. The tub and fridge were nasty. The counters hadn't been wiped down. I asked for another room and was told they were all booked up, but that I could move tomorrow. I was so exhausted and the bed appeared to have been the only thing that was changed. So I stayed. Day 2... After coming in again from work, I went down to check on my new room and was told that they were out of rooms. I told the guy that I had asked for my room to be changed due to my room not being cleaned. He said, there were none, and that I needed come in earlier. I explained, that I work 2 jobs and that it wasn't possible. He said that he'd have one for me the next day. I asked if someone could come clean my room and was told that they'd do it in the morning, because no cleaning staff was available. Day 3... After working... I found that I couldn't get into my room. After walking back around from the office to enquire about my room change, and was told no rooms were available. I was very upset to say the least. I enquired about the manager, and was informed that he would be in thy next day around 11 am. I informed the staff who was rude, that I would again be at work, and so I needed the manager's name so that call. He told me he wasn't able to give me his name. He let me in my room... The bed had been made and the towels changed, only. I was never given a new room. Never again!"

"Hotel needs updates and it looks like they are in the early stages of it. It does not offer continental breakfast as part of your stay like other hotel chains which was disappointing. For an extra fee you could order breakfast at the restaurant. Bummer because you can’t just grab and go there. Being in Gettysburg, we were there to sightsee and needed to get moving in the morning quickly."
