"The only thing good was this was right on the beach. The condition of the rental was very poor. The windows all had sheer curtains so privacy was an issue. Windows didn’t lock. It was very outdated and run down. It took about 15-20 min to get the water in the shower warm enough to get in. I personally would not stay again"

"This would be a 5-star review if the property had WIFI and AC. In this day and age, those should be standard amenities. As far as the lack of AC goes, we were very lucky; the temps were only in the low 80s during the day, and thankfully fell to the 60's at night. Had we stayed a week earlier, I don't think we would have been able to bear it. The property itself is quite nice. Very clean and tidy. The proximity to all kinds of walkable locations is very handy. "This place was fantastic! We stayed here for a few days during wedding weekend because we had a bad experience at the Resort so we came here the next day. The experience was much better than the Tawas Bay Beach Resort. John was nice as well as his staff. We plan on making this our regular vacation stay. I’m a Yelp Elite and they will be getting an amazing review."
