"This motel is an excellent place stay if you plan to be in Mio. It is located close to restaurants and a grocery store. It is an older building and does have some small maintenance needs..,like drapes with missing hooks. The king room was clean, and included all the necessary amenities. We used the tub, shower, mini-fridge, microwave, ROKU TV, and heat during our 3 day stay. The king bed was spacious and comfortable, with good quality bedding. The room also included a large comfortable recliner chair, dresser space, and a counter with a bar sink. The pool/spa area was very nice, with a changing and bathroom available. Pool towels were provided. The motel ad mentioned that it included breakfast. Although the offerings were limited, they included coffee, OJ, packaged oatmeal, bagels (butter, cream cheese, PB, jelly), individual yogurts, and wrapped sweets. Brewed coffee was available throughout the day. Overall, it was a good choice for our stay in Mio, and we will stay there in the future."
