Cottages in Allamakee County

This is an excellent place. Romantic and lovely. Only issue were the trains which were noisy.

The staff at the hotel provided a wonderful welcome. They were very polite and helpful. Well done to them. The hotel was clean and tidy.

Mixed views of this hotel. Location, staff friendliness and rooms all very good, BUT the bar and dining facility were not open throughout our stay (and not part of info on hotels.com website). On top of which the balcony was closed and with no furniture on the patio, there was no opportunity to sit outside and enjoy the view over the river nor have a relaxing sundowner.

Helpful and friendly staff who provided great advice about the area. For UK travellers- like a premier inn

Easy to find on the main route into Prarie du Chien and a couple of miles from the centre. Friendly staff.
