"We were there with a group - approx 15 rooms for 5 days - the room was very clean along with the hotel itself, staff were very pleasant , morning breakfast was quite good.
However the ice machines ( all floors) were down it was relayed that all of them had been down for approximately a month!
We were there during the 99F weather and the smokey ski days - running to the gas station to buy ice was a tad inconvenient.
Last day unfortunately the elevator was not working, no one's fault but a suggestion that a couple of extra staff members on hand to help people with their luggage would have been helpful...our entire group was over 65 so for some very difficult coming up and down 3 flights of stairs. We only saw the breakfast girl - never saw anyone at the front desk - just a basket that said " keys"
All in all I would recommend the hotel but management should take note of these concerns and be a little more pro-active when these things occur"
