Unfortunately, it did not have central air conditioning, and the rooms were equipped only with portable units, which made it uncomfortable—especially since my family and I were preparing for a funeral and needed to get ready in the heat. "The property had everything needed. Heat and air, washer dryer, dishwasher. The absolute most awesome thing is the view. This property actually has three porches. A sunroom with TV and seating, a screened-in porch which is lovely and has a table and chairs for dining, and the back porch/deck walkway. It has seating and a grill. The view from every window in the house is amazing! The house feels remote yet there are neighbors if there was an emergency. My only caution is when pulling into the...

"Absolutely loved this property! The house was in a wonderful location and with easy access to the beach and downtown areas. It was very clean and stocked with all the essentials. It was great and safe for our small service animal. Can’t wait to rent again! "
