"It is a beautiful hotel. That is why we came back. However, I was rather disappointed with the lack of maintenance of the ground. When planning to come back to my family's reunion, I specifically booked this hotel because of the esthetic. When my sister and I were there two years ago, we sat on the back patio, took pictures of and by the lake. This year the grass was overgrown, the furniture was all but destroyed and could not be used. There was nothing pleasing about it at all. The main thing that brought us back was not there. I'm seriously debating whether I'm going to reserve the room again next year. Everything else, I can get somewhere else. I opted to forgo my discounts with Marriott and Hilton properties to be near that lake, and I want able to enjoy it."

"The room had the basic necessities and was very clean. The bathroom was very clean and well lit, it is a little small but adequate. I was very happy with the mattress, We have stayed at many more expensive hotels and a lot of those beds were not as comfortable as this one. The breakfast had a good variety of choices for food and drinks. We did not use the pool but it was clean and clear and obviously well maintained. The front counter staff was extremely friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a luxury vacation spot this is not it, but if you just need a clean place to stay while you are on the road I highly recommend this Clarion location."

"No coffee in rooms.. I didn't think about looking for it when we entered room. I ask front desk about it and they said have to request one. Why don't they disclose this or a sign in the rooms..??? Also with only 2 coffee machines now it take about 3 mins to make a cup of coffee.. if ones being service and a bus load of people wanting coffee.. imagine the line..!!! Totally unacceptable ...!!!"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My stay at Quality Inn in Jesup, Georgia was wonderful! The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome from the moment I checked in until the day I left. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and made for a relaxing stay. Great customer service can make all the difference, and this team definitely delivered. Thank you for your hospitality I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!"
