"The room had cigarettes butts on tje floor, there was no hot water for a shower, no shampoo. Just not what I expected"

"Room was clean but after inspection I could tell many things were wrong with the room. Dead bolt was broken and even with a door closed you could see light come through. Closet was behind the mirror and that was rusted behind. Check in staff was rude and didn't care for her attitude. Morning staff was wonderful and professional. "
