"The property was very clean and outwardly comfortable. However, there were a number of small issues that made the stay unremarkable! In the room there was no bucket to get some ice. A trip to the front desk and they could not find one at first, after a while I had one. There was no chair to sit in while in the room others than a desk chair. There were no cups in the bathroom or room. Had to use a cap from my mouth wash to take some medication. I used the fitness room and there was no disinfectant to clean after using the equipment. Also, The TV did not work, this was a Spectrum issue but still made the stay uncomfortable.
The last observation is the breakfast or bagel bar was disappointing and very weak.
I realize these are pretty insignificant issues but all together they made the stay unremarkable. I expected more from a “Hilton” branded facility. More like a Motel 6.
I do understand that you get what you pay for and I got what I payed for.
