"Clean place excellent service area was convenient around shopping area loved it will stay there next visit !!!"

"I was emailed a code to enter a few days before the trip but when we got there the code did not work. I contacted the evolve team and they had the property owner call me and she gave me a different code to use. There was an almost empty bottle of soda in the fridge which should have been removed prior to our stay. We had to provide our own trash bags and ice. There was no place upstairs to sit besides the beds. There was no where to sit outside either. They made us take out the trash and put all...

"Excelente opcion. Mega recomendado"

"This place was nice, the bed was comfy and was close to everything we needed. The only thing is that the living room curtains needs to be darker as it was so bright we could be seen from outside day or night. Overall a nice place."

"The place was clean, definitely furnished with all i could possibly need . Home sweet home feelings for sure! "

"Roaches in living room. Tooth flossers under bed from prev guest. No mirrors other than the restroom. Shower curtain needs to be fitted to correct size. Somebody in adjacent unit was playing guitar at 2:00AM. No extra trash bags. A bit over priced for a unit with only 1 restroom. Good parking. Good location with restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. Bed linens were clean. Area was quiet and peaceful."
