"This is the place to stay when going up in the Helen area. The rooms are large,well appointed and have special personal touch. "We stayed in the king bungalow room with a full kitchen and spacious living room area, complete with a reclining couch and chair. The bedroom was a good size, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was pretty standard. Everything, for the most part, seemed new or nearly new. Close to everything but not in the middle of it. FYI: The driveway up to the motel is pretty steep, which makes walking up it after a night at the beer halls or bars a little challenging. We would stay again."

"It was a cold nite and the heater worked great. The bathtub had no stopper for a bath but maint. man did bring a xtra wash cloth to help with. Towels were mighty small and the bed needed replacing. The $80 for the room total was a bit much i think. Night and day check in employees were friendly. "
