"My fiancé and i had a wonderful time here. right in the heart of Berkley Springs, is is convenient to shopping, galleries and the famous hot springs. Tom was a 5-star host! He greeted us at the door, guided us to room and couldn't have been nicer, more friendly or professional. We both felt like family here. "Very nicely appointed rooms, spacious common areas, very clean bathrooms, copious breakfast, friendly staff. We were able to use the refrigerator and even got to use an ice pack for our aching legs. A wonderful place to recharge after a day of cycling! The owner gave us a great restaurant recommendation. Overall there was a very friendly vibe and we enjoyed chatting with other guests while relaxing on the porch."

"Great little stay - look forward to coming back again in the future! After a LONG drive up the east coast if felt nice to stay somewhere homey feeling and not a stark hotel on the side of an Interstate HW. Room had all the amenities we needed, the company and breakfast from the staff was warm and delicious. Neighboring restaurant was a nice place to eat/drink in the evenings. Cute town to walk around in. Parking was SO easy. Great relaxing stay we will do again with future student drop offs...
