"Everything about this stay was an epic fail. From the mismanagement of the booking process to the theft of our property. The area is dangerous. Do not go out after dark. Rather do lot book this stay. The rooms were sufficiently clean garnering one star. Bring your own toilet paper because they provide half a roll for a 3 night stay. Also, do not leave anything valuable in the room as we had over $500 cash, jewelry, AirPods, sunglasses and expensive sneakers lifted. "

"I did not like that I was told on the day of arrival that I would be sharing a two bedroom one bath with another tenant. All my information, including my receipt , stated I was renting the entire property. When I called to get the lock box code I was told I was sharing the unit. I had booked this reservation a year in advance and there was no communication that it was a shared unit. I had the unit booked for graduation weekend and there was no other reservations available in the area. "
