"Staff was helpful because we were out of town"

"The food areas should be cleaned while people are eating, since a lot of spilled food on the floor could create a hazard. Good service-new hotel; overall very nice, with caring staff. Controls for air conditioning and heating were hard to work in the room. In the disabled room, the shampoo and the other bottles of liquids in the shower are set too high to reach, as are most of the towels. The shower is very good, but there should be a warning about how hot the water is, (also for the sink). "

"The location was perfect. Centralized within walking distance to our interests. If needed, there is a Cincinnati connector stop right around the corner. The management and front reception employees went over and beyond my expectations to pull off a 60th birthday surprise for a dear friend of mine. They allowed me and a friend to decorate her room early in the morning so when she arrived she was completely surprised. If you are into MLB, the stadium is literally around the corner with an easy 8 minute walk. The Cincinnati River Front Park is absolutely pristine. I would stay here again if ever in that neck of the woods again."

"This is one of the coolest hotels we have ever stayed in! It is quirky and brightly decorated. It is in a great location. The food at the restaurant was great! My boys loved the basketball hoop downstairs, and the pool table near the restaurant. We had a great stay!"

"Stayed for the weekend series between the Cincinnati Reds and my New York Mets. Hilton is a easy walking distance to the ballpark. Found it to be a charming historic hotel with wonderful staff. Very nice trip!"
