"This hotel is completely unacceptable and unsafe. I was given a room different from what I booked and still charged more. After only a few nights, my body was covered in bedbug bites, and the mattress showed clear signs of infestation and poor hygiene. I had to change rooms, and the replacement room was barely functional. The worst part: after checkout, I left three bags at reception to collect later, and two were stolen. The staff and management showed zero responsibility or urgency. No one cared, no proper response, no accountability. This place is a serious risk to both your health and your belongings. Avoid at all costs."

"First, at checkin there was no one at checkin to give me my room key. It was a wait . I waited for a total of 3hours it was unbelievably the computer was down. So, I had to take a picture.Three pictures, front and two ,two sides. I asked why the picures and I was told this is what we have to do for checkin and their were no keys. You had to be let in by the the personal at the front decks. Their was know one to help me. Wwhen the first person showed up she tried to help but her keys did not work. This worker had to call someone else for to come and help. The next person, help me with checkin. And when I was showed to my room the. Person called to ask if her key would "

"Chosen for its location and price. Clean rooms, mattress was firm, all equipment worked well. Morning coffee was good, waffle maker worked. The "continental " breakfast was basically carbohydrates and sugar. Only "healthy" option was flavoured Oatmeal. One member of staff was communicative and helpful, the other was not very helpful"
