"The room was NOT at all what is described in Expedia. Not two rooms at all. Two double beds in one room. No working light/fan in bathroom. Outdated peeled/cracked sinks/other. Need to update the description because it is HIGHLY incorrect."

"I made a reservation and they turned me away. They saw I used Expedia points and they didn’t accept the rate. They were looking at my price, not my price + the monetary value of the points I used. They turned me away at 10pm and I had to book another hotel. If you book with them, you better pay an acceptable rate."
