"The staff was amazing and super nice. But whoever owns the place needs to seriously get it maintained and cleaned. The shower was moldy, one of the beds was broken and the walls are paper thin. I heard everything from the couple upstairs to the three screaming kids next to us."

"I made a reservation and they turned me away. They saw I used Expedia points and they didn’t accept the rate. They were looking at my price, not my price + the monetary value of the points I used. They turned me away at 10pm and I had to book another hotel. If you book with them, you better pay an acceptable rate."
