"The communication beforehand and during our trip was incredible. They had an option for offline capabilities and the hot tub worked great. Thank you for this great stay! There were also plenty of towels and all the necessities for a full kitchen."

"Room was very costly, and did not live up to its price. The room was very poorly maintained. Upon arrival the dishwasher had standing water, stunk, and was not functional. The humidifier did not work, the thermostat did not work and was never addressed after reporting, there were things repaired with duct tape, there was a chair that the leg fell out from under, which could have been a safety hazard.
