"This was by far one of the WORST hotels/motels I've ever been inside of. My transaction was never refunded and I didnt even stay, because of the infestation of roaches in each room they had attempted to put me in. Every time I'd open the door to a new room, roaches (dead and alive) would be the first thing you'd notice on the floors, walls, and shower curtains. Debris, trash, and dirt surrounding the entire floor. Absolutely unpresentable, extremely filthy, and horrific roach infestation that...

"I didn't get kilt at least"

"We arrived, went to the room and the trashcans were in the middle of the room(no liners). There were no towels or mat. It seemed the mattresses may have been new, however, they were rock hard. When my husband went to get towels, he said they acted as if he was wrong and there were towels. We have stayed here before, but the usual manager was not there this time. I sure wish that they would renovate and make it more aesthetic."

"Arrived 2130 hours, absolutely NO staff around. After waiting 15 minutes, called the hotel. No answer. Waited 5 more minutes, called and a lady said she'd be there in 5 - 10 minutes. Showed up 20 minutes later. Was told I had not booked lodging, had to pull up email from Motels.com showing booking from January/2026. Today was March/2026. Hotel agent had no room set aside, now began a 1.5 hour repeat of her calling, calling, calling to find someone who would swap my reservation. 2 hours 22...
