"Beautiful hotel and lobby 😍, room was perfect. Just maybe more towels in the room, especially when 2 people have one towel each. The restaurant is another story. I ordered breakfast for 2 at the Hudson restaurant stated on my receipt for the two egg breakfast that in the description they make it over medium. When I went to pickup them, I was first told that they didn't know how I wanted the eggs done, tried calling me, which there was no calls. Then I thought they'd call my room? The waitress was focused on my eggs that she redid my order to 2 eggs and French toast. I had to remind her with my original order receipt. The way it was handled after waiting 45 minutes due to I assumed forgot about my order and not taking ownership. Hearing the waitress complaining about me, I said something about waiting until I left to do that, she wanted to confront me until a another lady took over and apologized just taking care of my order, ended up comping my order. Food was good and the eggs, really runny or over well. By that point I was hangry, my point is I have been in this industry and had more expectations. The way this young lady handled it, had me thinking that being on the front of the restaurant may not be good for her. Just solve the issue at hand instead of arguing with the customer concerns and take some ownership and just make the customer happy. And to wait until the customer leaves or go in the back to talk bad about the customer. I'd like to stay again but this makes me ?"
