"This Hotel was very disappointing to say the least. The overall location is a plus and within walking distance to a lot. I have never in my life stayed in a hotel that rations towels. Not that we asked for extra, but to just get a fresh set of towels per person in your room daily is a feat in itself!!! The staff blames guests stealing towels, will tell you they’re drying the towels and will put some in your room, but either don’t or put 1-set as if it’s not a couple guests in the room. Supply Chain 101, order a surplus of towels Hu! I’ll also add these the thinnest towels I’ve ever used at a Hotel. Getting your room cleaned is questionable as well. Some rooms have a card to put on your door to request housekeeping services, but if your room doesn’t have a card and you don’t know about the card, you better hope you catch them in the hall cuz they may not come. Two days I requested housekeeping services and they did not come. My room had carpet stains, the wallpaper was peeling and 2 tiles had fallen out in my shower while in it. They have a lovely rooftop and host a Friday evening sunset event, hotel guests get free entry but anyone can reserve tables and they were all reserved so our group of 15 all staying at the hotel could not be accommodated! I also think it’s weird staff get on the elevator with guests with large housekeeping bins etc, but that’s me! Each time we went to the front desk or approached staff they were empathetic and willing to help, but no follow-up."
