"My family and I enjoyed our stay here. It was perfect for us (5 adults) it was close to the areas we wanted to visit. The beds were so comfortable and the owners had the room ready and warmed up for us, so when we arrived we were able to sleep comfortably. Loved the options for grilling or pizza oven. They also had a very nice deck with plenty of seating and fire pits. We will definitely keep this place as one of our top options when visiting SD again!"

"Room 111 had a slow draining tub, so it would fill up while showering. You'd need to lather up and then shut water off, wait for it to drain, and quickly rinse off. The TV would lose signal every couple of minutes, and come back a moment later. Room 112 didn't have privacy curtains so people walking by could peek in, and the light from outside came in the room, which kept the room well lit all the way till morning. This room had thin walls or the ceiling between me the room above was too thin,...

"This place is a complete dump except that the room was clean. Very old and somewhat dilapidated facility. Very over priced. The info on Expedia and on the web is misleading. Towels and bedsheets are 20 year old hand me downs. Water stinks of sulfur. The Travelodge across the street looks much nicer and is about half the price. "

"This place is the pits. If I had a remolded room, which I did, I would hate to see an old room. No security lock on the door, the parking lot is small and unlit, in a seedy part of town. There is also no over night person working. Went to check out in the morning and lobby door was locked. Would not stay here again."
