"The hotel itself was clean, and my family and I enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, our experience with the front desk representative was disappointing.
From the moment we arrived, she did not greet us, and she did not acknowledge us when we left. Every day, when my family and I walked by the front desk, we would say “good morning” or “good afternoon,” but we were never greeted or acknowledged in return.
When we checked out, she was having a conversation with a coworker and continued the conversation before assisting us. She did not say goodbye, thank us for staying, or offer any kind of farewell. The only thing she said was that we would receive an email with the receipt.
The hotel was clean and enjoyable overall, but friendly and welcoming customer service is an important part of the guest experience. Unfortunately, the lack of basic courtesy from the front desk representative left us disappointed."
