"Do not book this Motel 6 in Las Cruces.
When I arrived, the front desk employee was in a heated argument with another customer who had also booked through Expedia. He was loudly insisting that the customer’s Expedia reservation did not exist. Before I could even attempt to check in, it was obvious this property was in complete disarray. The situation escalated to the point that police were called.
