"I had a really nice stay at this hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the room was clean, comfy, and quiet. The location was great too, with lots of restaurants and attractions nearby. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again."

"Beautiful property with kind and caring staff. Wonderful location with a sandy beach and a fireplace at night to stay warm. The shuttle to town is easy and the staff for it are kind and ready to help at a moment's notice. We had daily housekeeping and everything was perfect when we returned to the room each night."

"I am really impressed with the room. It's big and the spa in room is exceptional. We keep ourselves relax in the spa after a whole day hiking. The location of the hotel is really good. The Harbour beach is super near along with many good restaurant within walking distance. The staffs are really good and helpful."

"Free valet parking was a bonus as compared with other hotels that charges a fee. But need to budget extra time for the wait of the car especially during peak season. Swimming pool was not the cleanest- many big flies floating on top of the water, looks very disgusting. There were also many live ones crawling on the shore of the pool. No staff was there to clean when we were there; another family decided to use the net to clean by themselves so their kids could use the pool. My kids were not dare to use it still."
