"We stayed at the hotel Sunday thru Tuesday afternoon. We were on the 4th floor, which was really good. When we checked in there was a lot of young kids running around the lobby…we found out that several soccer teams were staying there.
Next we were informed that the ice machines were out of order on all floors, the swimming pool was out for maintenance repairs, so out of order. They told us the repairs would be on Monday…didn’t happen! Our room was nice but the bathroom was not like pictures…not new updated walk in with glass doors. The website showed pictures of a bar and restaurant on site..looked like nice relaxing area…not so, very deceiving…bar is the breakfast area and breakfast seating with just the tables and chairs no nice relaxing area…we were told restaurant wasn’t opened til later in the week and only served microwave food. Breakfast was crazy with all the kids eating there at different times…tables are so close to each other it’s hard to get around them! Breakfast was not as good as other places…fake eggs, and limited other items. Skipped breakfast on Tuesday, not worthy getting up early for!
No laundry room on site. I needed one on Monday night around 10:30 pm. I had my overnight bags opened to get my night clothes out… sneezed & accidentally ended up throwing up in it…ruined all my clothes so I needed to wash all my clothes but found out no laundry facilities & all in town were closed. That was our experience. Will not stay again!!!"
