"We were not put close to the elevator like I was told, but we made it work. The front counter staff was nice but busy at times of checking in (2 people on)and out (1 person on). The phone was constantly ringing this morning, but the guy was very professional about it. "

"Our stay is always good, but this morning a cleaning lady started knocking on the door very early while everyone was sleeping. We had a 1pm check out, so not sure what happened."

"Donna at the front desk was very polite and accommodating. My first room was facing the street and I asked for a different room and the 2nd room was perfect. She knew the area very well and suggested somewhere to eat that was very close . The hotel also provides a free shuttle to the Mayo campus."
