"Exceedingly clean room, well appointed (including a spacious window seat!), great lighting, had everything we needed (including booties for our snowy shoes), comfortable towels, great staff (they're friendly and seem happy), clearly management and staff care about the guest experience, breakfast was good (pancakes, sausage, scrambled eggs, the usual plus a list of gluten-free and kosher options)."
