"The desk clerk was extremely helpful. I had called ahead as I wasn't sure if my online booking would include the fact that we required a ground floor room. They did have the info, immediately knew who I was that I had made reservations. We showed up she also remembered all the information that I had previously provided. I really appreciated their attention to detail. The rooms were ideal for persons with some mobility issues. I enjoy staying here."

"The property was new and spacious and laid out well. The room was spacious. The staff was accommodating to my request. The breakfast area was spacious and there were real dishes. The breakfast buffet had a lot of choices. I will definitely stay at a Hilton again! Highly recommend!"

"The Lodge at Columbia Point was a lovely surprise! We had the pleasure of discovering it on a recent unplanned stay in Richland due to a car issue while driving home to Seattle. It is a great location and it turned into a memorable getaway. Our room with a balcony overlooking the river was immaculate. The staff were all great! There is a wonderful Italian restaurant and bar on site. Our stay was made extra special with the help of our delightful and experienced bartender, Marina and the talented sous chef, Jimmy. They both stood out as highlights! We are now looking forward to making an actual planned visit to return sometime in the near future."
