"First, the quality and customer-focus of the staff was terrific.
When I checked in, Nathalie was very efficient and attentive, despite having to simultaneously deal with a trying customer on the phone. Elijah, also at the front desk, was very good.
When I asked a third front desk person (don’t recall her name, but she had red frizzy hair) about the lack of towels in the pool/jacuzzi area, she immediately went to get more towels (the fact that the towels were completely used and needed to be replenished was a minor shortcoming).
Second, the cleanliness of the room itself was first-rate. Your housekeeping staff does a great job. The hallways and common areas were also maintained very nicely.
Third, the rooms were spacious, free of visible wear, and everything worked as required—the safe, the USB charging ports, and the TV all were problem-free. I also appreciated the ability to use Google Chromecast to project streaming services to the TV without having to enter personal info directly into the TV to access them. I do think that you should have offered at least one complimentary water to guests even if not members (I’m a World of Hyatt member, but don’t have much status these days).
Fourth, the jacuzzi was well-maintained and nice and hot, which is also a rarity. Often the water is cloudy/scummy, and the temp is too low. The jets were also nice and strong.
Fifth, the valet parking attendants were very attentive, courteous and efficient."
