"The property was (initially) as advertised. The house was clean and well appointed. As we got in very late on our first night, we ordered in and got an early start on the day deciding to have a 'chill' night in enjoying the hot tub (that was the deciding factor in switching my reservation from a nearby hotel with pool and jacuzzi to this property). "All of it was great except the parking system. I had self parking charges to our card for each night and there was a time where we couldn’t get out of the parking garage. We called to front desk for assistance but they had a heavy call volume at that time which is understandable but we needed out so we ended up having to scan the QR code and ended up paying an additional $42 to exit the parking garage which needs to be refunded. Other than that, it was a great stay. "
