"We had such a wonderful anniversary weekend at ParcBlu! It was clean, quiet, cozy, and the full coffee bar was such an unexpected treat. We also loved how close it was to downtown Fredericksburg. We would absolutely stay here again and would love to try one of their larger spaces next time!"

"Amazing historic house, very well decorated and clean.
Great location 10 minutes from the town center.
One item worth improving - the window curtains in master bedroom aren't fully closing the windows, so it is very bright in early morning."

"We were the only guests that weekend so very quiet. The property was great except for a Rollie Polie infestation by the time we left. Very convenient to the wineries we wanted to visit."

"Really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again. When we first pulled in to the parking lot, you can't see all the great amenities and particularly the wonderful outdoor space that this property offers. The rooms are clean and basic; nice bedding, though maybe the towel game could be upped a bit. But all very comfortable and clean. But the outdoor amenities are heaven. Two pool areas that include a slide, several fireplaces / fire pits and covered patios. Beautiful. The morning breakfast bar is a step above most hotel free breakfasts, as there is some food that appears to be made from scratch or at least not reheated frozen food (sausage gravy, breakfast potatoes with peppers, etc). But time your breakfast run appropriately, as it was pretty crowded. Anyway, lovely place and friendly staff, and super short walk to main street shopping strip and restaurants."
"Clean and roomy. A little bit of its age shows, but doesn't you own home? They were doing some painting so they are keeping the place up. I'll stay there again."
"Me and my WIFE got married on 10/10 and stayed the night of and night after. From check in with valet to front desk to house keeping and the multiple on site restaurants and eatery’s we were left with a sense of calm in picking the right place. Truly the pinnacle of southern upscale hospitality. Besides the great customer service and good food, I have to applaud the shower. You could adjust the water pressure and it got hot or cold almost instantaneously it was incredible. They have a rain fall style shower head that just dumped water right on you in the best way possible it felt like I was at the spa. Really great having access to my car at all times as well with the valet, they were very quick to pull it around you just had to text a number and they’d have it ready at the entrance. We will be back."
"Great location on Main Street. We took advantage of the breakfast each day of our stay. The fresh fruit including peaches was a surprise. Shower had great pressure and heated up quickly."
"The location was perfect—peaceful and just outside of town. The facility was clean, quiet, and still felt new. The room was adequate, but honestly, not worth the price we paid.
The photos show the main lobby, so I assumed guests could access it, but it is reserved for those renting the entire space. After returning from town, my husband wanted a beer, so we stopped by the on-site snack area, only to find it locked. Items can be delivered to your room the next day, but since we were staying only one night, that wasn’t helpful. I understand the reasoning, but it meant getting back in the car and driving to town. We had seen the beer earlier and thought it was a convenient option. Lesson learned—we should have checked the system before leaving.
We booked a room for my husband’s weekend off without realizing Oktoberfest was happening, which explained the higher rates. A few days before our trip, I checked prices again and discovered they had dropped significantly because heavy rain was forecast. It was disappointing to realize we could have saved money by waiting.
Overall, the property was clean, quiet, and in a great location, but the limited amenities and price left me feeling the value didn’t quite match the cost."
"We stayed with 2 other couples. Loved the outside tables and chairs by the creek. Ordered pizza, drank our wine we had bought that day and just had a wonderful time. The rooms were spacious with 2 tv’s and picket doors between bedroom and sitting room with couch. Walked 4 blocks the next day to museums, lunch and shopping. Would definitely come back."
"A lovely budget hotel within a short walk of all the old town district has to offer. Everything about the place was in good order. Easily the best Super8 we've stayed in (and we've stayed in quite a few over the years)"
