"The room was nice but the hallways were departed with peeling wallpaper and construction appeared to be going on. The hallways were not air conditioned and were very hot and humid. Guests should have been warned about the construction before booking.
The room was good and the a/c in the room worked well but you were hot with a wave of heat in the inner hallways.
Staff was nice"

"The property was beautiful with some very nice sitting areas. The pool was very nice & the room quite comfortable. The hostess Vanessa was welcoming & made a lovely breakfast each day with fresh coffee, baked goods & hot food. She went above & beyond to make our stay nice. We would definitely come again. There are some great restaurants in Gonzales as well. "
