"The lobby had a very strong chemical odor. The room ac vent and farther dan vent were covered with dust and the floor looked like it was not mopped. The shower was very slippery and my husband almost fell when he stepped into the tub. There was a few strips on grip tape in the tub but not enough (he is only 40 so I would be careful if there were elderly people renting the room). The staff were nice tho."

"This was a quick stop between Florida and Kentucky at approximately halfway. The check-in was super fast and the staff super friendly. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Plenty of dining options in the area, too. We were so satisfied with everything that we chose this location to stop at on our return back to Florida!"

"Would have given this property 5 stars but our room, a suite, was right next to the elevator which kept us awake most of the night. If you stay there, do not let them.put you in 108."

"Good hotel, have stayed before and will again. Rooms clean, good bed, good breakfast. Pool was clean and nice temp. Plenty of good restaurants in the same shopping center as hotel. "

"This is great place no matter your dog size I saw everything and everyone was respectful to give each other space. It’s tricky off the road to see exactly where the driveway is and if you are hauling anything as I had a 5x8 u haul, you have to park at the Cracker Barrel. So I would suggest if you are hauling anything drop off your luggage upon check in because then you park “next door” at the Cracker Barrel you have to be very careful climbing the hill back to the hotel there is not a convenient foot path."

"Very clean, quiet, small gem of a hotel that was much cheaper (almost 1/2 of the price) than the big name hotels in Dalton! And it was the closest hotel to the convention center, a left turn at the stoplight & your there within 1 minute! We didn’t have to get in all of the traffic that was over the interstate bridge! We stayed in a suite on the 2nd out of 3 floors. My favorite thing about the hotel was the short, open flight of stairs that were across from the front deskThe room starts with a living room area that had a desk, TV, sitting furniture, & couch that pulled out to make a sleeper sofa bed. Across from the clean & modernly designed bathroom, was a minibar area with microwave & fridge. Past the bathroom you entered another spacious bedroom area equipped with a second TV & 2 Queen Beds. I appreciated that the bedroom was separated from the living area by a door that opened & fully closed. The queen beds were comfy & very quiet at nighttime. We did not eat the breakfast during our stay, but the assorted fruit juices were great. I will definitely return to this hotel when we are back in Dalton next year for dance competitions at the convention center. I’m so glad I didn’t turn this hotel down based on some of the other negative reviews that I read on here before I booked this hotel. Everything exceeded my expectations, especially the best-in-class, economical cost for a 2-night stay! "
