"We stayed here because the resort looked beautiful and it was... the decor and style was amazing! Beautifully done. Unfortunately, I should have gotten the clue when we walked into the room and laying on the bedside was a white noise machine and ear plugs. Not only could we hear the trains - but we could hear our neighbors on either side fully!! Their convos and their music, they weren't loud there was just no sound barrier whatsoever in between the rooms. Until this is fixed I do not recommend this place. We were woken up both mornings super early by our neighbors - even though we were trying to sleep in. Not fun. "

"We arrived after 3pm and our room wasn’t ready. We get to our room and it was extremely warm in there. We turned it down to the lowest setting and in 7 hours it never cooled off in our room. The couch was stained with little white stains all over it. When we opened the couch to pull it out, there were items in the cushions. Maybe that’s not gross but it lets me know the cleaning crew didn’t open the fold out. Then when we opened the fold out, there was a huge yellow stain on the mattress. I felt really disgusted with the room in general but that mattress stain was disgusting. We ended up checking out and driving the two hour drive home at 10:30pm. "

"We booked a suite and was quite disappointed with it. It was not as pictured or as it was when we stayed in a suite there in the past. The only extra was a sofa beside the bed. There was a large empty space on the other side of the room. Otherwise, our stay was fine. "
