"The facility was extremely clean. I was highly impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms & the grounds themselves. The receptionist at night (late night check in around midnight the first night, Friday into Saturday) was extremely kind & helpful. We checked out of our room Saturday morning because we had made a different reservation for Saturday night (we originally did not plan to come in Friday) & checked in somewhere else- left within five minutes of seeing our room at the other place & came back to Americas best. Got the same exact room & receptionist. Again, she was so very kind about everything. We go to lake city once a year & will plan to book here moving forward. They had a full maintenance staff working Saturday working on the grounds & cleaning things. The plants around the motel were stunning. It was very quiet. Rooms were not anything extraordinary but worked for what we needed. Again, we will be back!"
