"The hotel and room were great. The icing on the cake is Shelly in reception. What a lovely wonderful woman. Very friendly and very helpful. The only problem was breakfast. Or lack of. No coffee in breakfast room, waffle maker was broken and very little substitutions. Dining room looked tired."

Once we got back from the spa the surprises kept coming, a bottle of champagne was sent to our room. This hotel really knows how to make a special occasion feel even more special. "
