"They cancelled our reservation with no warning. I completed the online check in & let them know we would be arriving late. The gentleman at the front desk told me that they had people looking for rooms and it was a busy night so they had to cancel our room for someone else. Very unhappy; what is the point of online check in if they are going to cancel your room with no notice "

"HORRIBLE! We drove 2 1/2 hours for BS. The host was terrible. I didn’t get the room I already booked and she did not give me refund or even offer to make the situation better. "The room was clean. There was a sign posted that they was remodeling the rooms. It was kinda bad. The craziest part was the desk clerk said it was a non smoking room. However an ash tray was in the room and the mattress smelled of old cigarette smoke. Outside of that it was quiet and comfortable. "

"When we first got there the room stunk. The fridge didnt work and there was no microwave or coffe maker and i was under the impression there was to be a couch in the room also but they said they havent had any in the room in years. The pictures on the web site is very misleading.
