"This 3-story house is spacious, modern and comfortable, perfect for my coworkers and me. The 3 bedrooms each have their own en-suite bathroom. There’s a roof top deck, AC, and a big kitchen island. It was perfect for our team conference. It’s just outside the downtown so it’s easy access to the city. The owner was responsible to messages. "

"I came into Houston on a Thursday for an outpatient surgery and needed a place to stay with my husband until our follow up visit on Monday. The code they provided was wrong, and thankfully I was able to get a hold of someone at the property management company and they provided a new code. The WiFi information was also not correct, and they never got back to me on that, so we used our iPads as hot spots to try to work on our computers. There is a great deal of noise on the street as well. ...

"This property accepted same day bookings but then declined to allow access for 72hrs or two business days. They originally said access would be allowed after 2 hours and took our damage deposit. After we paid the damage deposit they declined to let us in until after our check out day so they could confirm funds that were sent arrived in their bank account even though it was credit card through Expedia. Since we couldn’t use the property we requested a refund and they declined. We never stepped...
