"Cuando lleguemos a la propiedad había comida podrida en el horno de microondas y había ropa que dejaron en la lavadora y secadora. La puerta automática para ingresar un día en la noche no funcionaba y me tuvieron esperando en la calle durante más de una hora. No querían hacerse responsables de resolver el problema y jamás recibí ni siquiera una disculpa. Extremadamente caro el costo de la renta respecto al pésimo servicio que recibimos. No había ni siquiera una botella con agua cuando llegamos...

"This people have water that smells like poop. Sewage water is what they use for water. Remnants of trash, sticky nastiness in drawers, air vents falling off ceilings. Random kids belts found? Candy stuck to floor? Trash wasn’t even taken out. Mind you I have kids that found these things as well. Oh and don’t even try and ask for them to refund you for their disgusting rental. They will give you the run around and then IGNORE YOU. Awful establishment and these people NEED TO BE SHUTDOWN."

"There are fast food restaurants within quick driving distance. The neighborhood is mostly quiet. The house is clean. The garbage disposal didn't work, but we didn't know until the last night of our stay. We were notified one day prior to check in that we would not be able to use the entire 2 car garage because they were using one side for storage during redecorating. I responded back saying we had not been made aware of that fact and that we needed both spaces in the garage to keep our vehicles...
