"Continental breakfast … very good. Unlike others complaining about no hot food, for a Continental Breakfast, the selection was excellent, very fresh and tasty. Also unlike others complaining, I absolutely loved having on screen communication. Excellent and friendly. Very quick response for every single thing we needed. The breakfast staff was also VERY friendly… even letting us use the sink in the back to get eggshells off the eggs! Great parking, pre-checkin and online checkout were definite pluses. Room and bathroom were spotless and beds and pillows … oh so comfortable. Will most definitely stay here again."

"This is a very peaceful, clean and well-mantained hotel. The bed linen was impeccable. The bathroom was modern and sparkly clean. The staff was very polite and helpful. I will definitely stay there every time I visit my daughter in Lehigh Acres. I highly recommend it."

"My experience started on Friday night, when I discovered my reservations showed the check-in as Sunday, July 12, instead of Saturday, July 11. I reached out to the hotel and spoke with a representative (Carl) to see if he could help me with change or extend the reservation to include Saturday. He could care less, and that's how he proceeded to help me. As an experienced banking employee of 30 years and a former military housing desk clerk/housekeeper, I thought the customer service was lacking, and he didn't go above and beyond to help resolve the situation. Then, at check-in, the young man at the desk (an African American) surprised us with an unexpected deposit fee because we used a third-party vendor (Expedia) to make our reservation. That was a first for me. Check-out went smoothly once housekeeping confirmed the room was clear so that I could get my deposit back. "
