"Our 2 night stay at Penn Cove cabin was magical! We saw bunnies, hummingbirds & eagles all from the front porch meadow area. And hearing the frogs in the pond as you drift off to sleep was so peaceful. The cozy little cabin is tucked away in the woods yet so close to anything you need. Deception Pass state park, Oak Harbor for morning coffee or groceries, Fort Casey/lighthouse & Coupeville are a must. "It was beautiful! View outstanding. The pictures you have need to be updated. The outside looks nothing like the photos. Overgrown- weeds by the front door area and so much sand. Cliff we can tell has been slowly eroding. Next door the neighbors are loosing their yard. Your yard the fence dangerous. I would not have any children in yard. grassy and things including old tables and wire fencing laying around. Deck falling apart. Lots of sand- we understand but none cleaned up. Bbq horrible even...

"It is not clear until booking that many stairs are required to access the bedroom kitchen and bathroom. The stairs are very shallow and slippery. Larger bedroom bed is extra soft and roll towards the middle is unavoidable. 2nd bedroom bed is against the wall. No place to sit and read with coffee. No place to put toiletries in the bathroom.
