"Beautiful grounds and property. The rooms are individually owned and therefore vary in their look/updating. We traveled for a wedding and our group had several rooms across the property; some more updated than others. One person in our group had a welcome basket upon arrival to his room, but he booked through a different owner. Each room on the property has at least a partial view of the ocean, which is nice. The buildings are a little difficult to navigate at first because they all look the same but we learned the lay of the land as our party had rooms in several different buildings. There are two pools and each has a handful of barbecues, which is convenient. While there is no direct beach access from the property, the beach is easily accessible if you walk to the end of the property and access from the adjacent hotels. Very easy and convenient. Considering the price of the room, I felt the additional cleaning fee (>$300 per room) seemed steep but non negotiable.
Overall quiet property with great views of the ocean and walkable to the ABC store, Times Supermarket, other local shops, and the famous cinnamon rolls next door (prepare to wait upwards of 2 hours as we did)."
