"It was a very nice place to stay. Rooms were clean, everything worked as it should. Only complaint when we come to use pool area… stated on door no food or beverages. They stopped us from carrying in any drinks (and no they weren’t glass). So that was a little disappointing. Overall though a nice place ti stay."

"Wonderfully clean room with nice hotel hospitality touches. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Pool was well mantained and lovely. Breakfast boxes were delivered on time and as ordered. The only encouragement I would give would be to bring back the continental breakfast option in the breazeway with hot foods and fresh items. The boxes seem produce so much waste with everything preserved and packaged. I stayed at Sugar Beach over 20 years ago and it was just as plush as I remembered!"

"Romona and the maintenance staff that stopped by to clear the 2 bathroom drains (sink and tub) were quite friendly and helpful. Jobs well done! Met at scheduled time as needed for the repair. Was generally quiet except for the young kids running around above us but thats hotels for you, no way around it. Food was decent quality and on time, but wish you had continental or offered a little more in the individual breakfast boxes. Thanks for making my holiday weekend with my daughter enjoyable. Pool and hot tub hit the spot. "

And the view of Grand Traverse Bay was stunning. We’ll be going back and I’ve already recommended it to my friends. "
