Apartments in Kent County

"The property was very clean"

"This was a wonderful place for us to stay with our toddler. It was nicely furnished, fully stocked kitchen, private and a family friendly neighborhood. We did drive to the beach and Washington Square but you could walk. Loved our stay."

"Owner was very helpful and kind. I had my disabled pet with me and the house was perfect"

The owner/manager was pretty communicative and tried to help out issues that arose during our stay. It was clean and smelled pleasant. "The place did not appear in pictures. I could not take a shower because stuff was stored in there . The toilet was not clean . It was just a lot of junk everywhere "

"This is a reasonably-priced apartment for a family with dogs. The owner is very friendly and the accommodations themselves are old-fashioned but revamped and cute, close to the beach and boardwalk. Just wished it was a tich cleaner."

"The condo was cozy, clean and well equipped. People were friendly and asked of we were okay. Just one neighbor thought it was a good weekend to start doing some repairs early in the morning and throughout the afternoon. Kept to himself and had a very nice dog. The location is great but very busy and noisy during holidays and evenings. Cars with open headers and loud music not our style. "

"Very nice Condo n accessible to beach n restaurants within a short distance. Communication with the owners was superb!"
