"The staff here is super friendly, your proximity to the sea wall is excellent however there no swimming in this part of the water but we took advantage of the excellent pool at this property they also have a great gym and racket ball area the restaurants and food are excellent too. We loved our Bay Area view. The room has safe and refrigerator but a microwave would have been helpful.
The soap, shampoos and conditioner are salons quality so no need to bring your own. The beds were comfortable.
The only issue was they are working on the escalator but there are elevators. The overnights parking is bit pricey and not included in the price of the room and if you go on a Sunday things close a bit earlier then expected so plan accordingly. Also if you go down to view the water it is very slippery so use caution and you can really get hurt so please be careful and if your not good on going up and down narrow stairs just use the observation houses above the shore line on the side walks. Make sure you sign up for their rewards if you’re looking for the spa services keep in mind they are closed on Sundays and Mondays. For the restaurant up top make your reservation early on open table might be helpful."
