"All the receptionist staff whether woman or man in the Venetian House Aparthotel is wonderful, cheerful,willing to help & very responsive. Thumbs up for all the receptionist. One receptionist & he's a man also (I forgot the name) offered to help me do my laundry. I'm really appreciated. The only few & small issues which I believe the Venetian House is able to resolve are: 1. The Wifi is only work strongly at the main bedroom for my unit no.11 2. "Clean & spacious with nice balcony overlooking the park. Good bed linen & shower/towels. No air con but don’t need it as kept blinds closed & there was a large fan that we didn’t use, even though it was >30 degrees. Would recommend. Easy walking to all major attractions "
